Discharge Inks Color Pigments
Jantex Standard Pigments
A standard line of pigments for use in a water based printing system. With over 15 colors available, this line offers a wide variety of color matching possibilities. Recommended ink loads should not exceed 8-10% of combined pigments.
Jantex Concentrated Pigments
A concentrated line of pigments for use in a waterbase printing system including discharge. Easily achieve more vivid colors without watering down your base. With over 12 colors available, this line offers a wide variety of color matching possibilities. Recommended ink loads should not exceed 5-6% of combined pigments.
Jantex RFU Colors
Ready For Use water base printing inks. The standard RFU color line is based on a 10% color to base RATIO. This allows for rich vibrant colors that can also be “based” back to achieve a much lighter, easy to print version of the stronger color.
Custom Color Matching
Need a specific color matched? Or how about a PMS color? We can help! Jantex Inks offers a color matching service for a small fee. Simply provide us with a swatch or wet sample of the color to be matched, the actual substrate to be printed and any particulars about the job such as squeegee pressure, screen mesh etc. We will take care of the rest. Not available in discharge. Call for pricing and turn around time.
